1) FOR SALES ITEMS:

If you are not happy with something you purchased (excluding special sales items as described below), we'll take it back as long as it is within 7 days of when you received it. The only time we don't accept a return is if it is used, damaged by you, the item was on sale when you purchased it, or if the product is returned incomplete. If the fault is on us (mixed up, damaged on arrival), we will of course pay for return shipping. Otherwise you are responsible for the shipping to return your product.


How do I return my item? (non-sales items)

1) Contact us via email at info@ModeEsty.com for a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Any returns sent to us without a RMA will be rejected. Due to high volumes of emails, please allow 24 to 48 hours for a response from our support team.


2) Package up the product you wish to return. Make sure to include your name, email address, RMA number and a brief explanation of your return inside of the package. NOTE: We recommend sending your item via USPS (United States Postal Service) First Class Mail as it is the most cost effective. You must pay for return postage and insure the product against loss or damage during its transit. You are responsible for the item until it reaches us. The Full Terms (non-sales items)

No Questions Asked (Regular Priced Merchandise Only) "No Questions Asked" means that you do not have to give a reason to return your order for a full refund, if the following is true:

  • You requested the return within 7 days after delivery
  • You have NOT used the product in any way
  • You paid FULL price for the item (no returns allowed for on sale or clearance merchandise

Items that cannot be returned

  • Any item more than 7 days after delivery
  • Any item that has been used or worn
  • Any item that was purchased at a sale or clearance price

We reserve the right to reject a return, if:

  • Any item more than 7 days after delivery

You must pay for return postage and insure the product against loss or damage during its transit. You are responsible for the item until it reaches us.

  • Refunds are processed within 2 to 5 business days after we receive your returned item(s)
  • Refund must be credited to the original payment method you used (e.g. to the credit card you used when placing the original order)
  • You must NOT accept a delivery if the packaging has been damaged
  • You must report any missing item/accessory within 2 days of delivery
  • If your order qualified for free shipping and you wish to return an item from the qualifying order, thus making the order ineligible for free shipping, applicable shipping charges will be deducted from your refund.
